Located near Bastille, JINCHAN SHOKUDO is our first izakaya, opened in 2019. Guests can enjoy seasonal izakaya cuisine as well as generous donburi, immersed in a retro atmosphere inspired by 1980s Japan.
JINCHAN SHOKUDO offers the very best of popular Japanese cuisine in a retro, relaxed, and friendly atmosphere. The menu features donburi such as chicken katsudon, karaage fried chicken, tempura, as well as soba noodles—perfectly paired with Japanese beers and sake. A seasonal, traditional cuisine entirely homemade, using carefully sourced ingredients through short supply chains in France and Japan.

Prepared using traditional techniques, our tempura stand out for their lightness and crispness. Each ingredient is carefully selected, then fried in an airy batter that enhances flavors and textures. This iconic izakaya dish pairs especially well with our craft beers and Japanese sakes.
Rooted in ancestral know-how, our Togakushi soba are produced by Yamaguchiya, located in Nagano, a region renowned for the exceptional quality of its buckwheat. Served cold or hot depending on the season, they offer an authentic flavor and a distinctive texture. These noodles fully express the purity and depth of traditional Japanese cuisine.
